AFTER five defeats in a row, Chesham United Reserves can now only finish 15th in a season that promised so much more.

The Generals’ second string have had a poor end to the campaign but can look back on a positive first season at this level.

Their latest defeat came at second-placed Ampthill Town on Saturday, where Tyrone Taylor scored the winner.

Steve Benitez’s young side will hope to finish the season on a high with a home win over Kentish Town this weekend.
