GARY Waddock admits Wycombe have to beat Leyton Orient on Tuesday but said he has no idea what type of performance his side will serve up.
The Blues boss said he has been left baffled by the inconsistency of his Wanderers team this season.
He watched them capitulate at relegation rivals Scunthorpe on Saturday just a week after blitzing Hartlepool at home.
Rock-bottom and five points adrift, defeat to Orient and home to derby rivals Colchester on Saturday could spell the end of their brief League One stay.
“We have two homes games now,” said Waddock. “We have to go in with confidence and we have to win the game and try and back it up on Saturday.
“What type of performance we will get I don't know. At the moment you don't know what you are going to get.”
Waddock could be without top scorer Stuart Beavon and winger Chris Hackett and vowed to make changes after ordering his side in for training ground talks today.
“I will have to look at the team,” he said. “I keep trying to freshen it up and keep having to go back to the drawing board and I will have to do it again this weekend.”
