Wycombe Wanderers returned to the top of the table after beating Oxford United in the M40 derby on Saturday.
Danny Hylton opened the scoring at the Kassam Stadium but Wanderers came roaring back in the second period through Paul Hayes and Peter Murphy, with former Aldershot man Hylton missing a late spot kick to hand all three points to the visitors.
It was Murphy's third goal in as many games and was nothing more than the Blues deserved, according to jubilant Chairboys manager Gareth Ainsworth.
“It’s a great way to win a derby," he told Chairboys Player.
"You could script it, going 1-0 down and come back in the second half and win 2-1. I thought we were the better side and we created the better chances."
Meanwhile, Wycombe turn their attention to the FA Cup this weekend and a trip to Conference leaders Barnet.
