FEARS are growing that Wycombe loan pair Paul Hayes and Gary Doherty could be recalled by Charlton this week.
Addicks boss Chris Powell has hinted at triggering a 28-day recall clause on the duo's three-month deals at Adams Park.
Striker Hayes, who has four goals in five games, and defender Doherty have been key to turning around Wycombe's fortunes in recent weeks.
But they can be called back to The Valley after Tuesday night's round of games.
With no win in three games and a growing injury list, Powell said: “They are our players and if I need them to come back and start a game, be on the bench or bolster the squad, then I'll have to do that.
“They are our players and if I need more players here for the run-in, then I'll bring them back.”
