ARSENAL loanee Craig Eastmond said he feels firmly at home in the Wycombe midfield.

The 20-year-old has put in a string of eye-catching performances for Wanderers since joining from the Emirates for the rest of the season.

Eastmond's combative style and eye for a pass has already made him a favourite on the Adams Park terraces.

He said: “I feel like I have settled in well. I knew some of the lads before I came to the club and the gaffer has been great to me.

“The fans have really welcomed me and that has helped me settle in. No-one really knew what I could do before I came but now they can see and they have supported me all the way.”

A win and a draw has lifted the mood at Wycombe but they still remain four points from League One safety.

And Eastmond said they have to keep on improving if they want to beat the drop.

He said: “There is no point winning and then losing and it is important to keep picking up positive results. Now we have to carry on, keep playing our game and then we can get ourselves out of the bottom four.”
