Having already yielded England captain Andrew Strauss and Nottinghamshire opener Alex Hales through their youth system, Cross will host the event for players from the age of 11 to 22 on August 2.

England Lions and Gloucestershire bowling coach Stuart Barnes and academy head coach Owen Dawkins will be in attendance for the west country side as they look to continue the relationship between the two teams, which has seen three Cross players currently involved with the county, including Ian Cockbain, Hamza Taj and New Zealand international Hamish Marshall.

Registration will be 15 minutes before the sessions take place, which are at the following times: Age group 11-13 (10.30am-11.30am) 14-15 (11.30am-12.30pm) 16-17 (1pm-2pm) 18-22(2pm-3pm).
