The visitors won the toss and put the Cross into bat before skittling them for just 118 runs in 39 overs.

Burnham reached the total with the loss of just three wickets to go top of the table.

Elsewhere, in Home Counties Division Two West Aston Rowant drew with Farnham Royal after a rain affected game. Farnham Royal posted 231-5 before Aston Rowant reached 163-4 before rain.

In Morrants Thames Valley League Division One, Amersham beat Beaconsfield by two wickets after Luke Jackson's unbeaten 84 helped them reach their 186 run target.

Chalfont St Peter's Division 2a clash with Finchampstead fell foul of the weather while Chesham's home game against Sonning was abandoned.

The visitors had posted 197-8 but Chesham's run chase reached 77-2 after 26 overs before heavy rain stopped play.
