The charity Christmas radio show, which has been endorsed by the Prime Minister, is gearing up to go live.

It can be accessed at 87.7FM and the studio is in Grimsdell Lane in Amersham.

Founder, Duncan Dyason, said: "We are very excited about this year's radio and we are very excited that the Prime Minister supports everything that we are doing and has recorded a video for us. I have never known for that do be done before."

The charity hopes to raise £20,000 over the festive season for Street Kids Direct, which works to build schools and homes for children in Guatemala and Honduras.

Mr Dyason added: "Radio Christmas is a big community event. We are all about bringing people together."

The radio station will involve children from all of the local schools by giving them their own show.
