Pupils from Maltman's Green School in Gerrards Cross pulled out all the stops to put on a Gold performance for their final concert of the school year.
To a packed audience of family, friends and staff, approximately 70 girls from Years 5 and 6 (plus a fabulous Year 3 trombonist playing with Brass Group, and a handful of Year 4 girls playing in orchestra alongside a Year 2 cellist) were involved in making the evening a special event.
A variety of abilities and styles featured, with all soloists being from the Year 6 leavers.
There were well known songs from musicals, a Baroque concerto movement, traditional folk songs and examination pieces performed to an appreciative audience.
The Senior Choir ending the concert with some Spandau Ballet.
A school spokesman said: "Two girls in particular put in a great deal of extra work for this song; Imogen Lotz learning the drum kit part and Evie Easterbrook learning the saxophone solo from memory.
"As always, I am completely in awe of how the girls perform, seemingly free of any nerves."
