Around 200 people flocked to Gerrards Cross for an annual dog show.
Held on Sunday (October 2) at the Memorial Centre, East Common, the crowds were kept entertained by a dog agility show, barbecue, face painting and an ice cream van.
While numbers were down on the previous year, Ken Piercy, director of services, said it was still a good event.
“It was a beautiful day,” he said. “The people who were there enjoyed.
People were able to enter their dogs into a different variety of categories, with prizes handed out later in the day.
Mr Piercy said: “It’s a free event where people who live in Gerrards Cross, who have a dog, can walk down and come to a local dog show.
“We’re committed to doing it again next year - we want to make it an annual event.”
And he added: “The people who came lovied it and agility is so popular.
“We’re not trying to be Crufts, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
“It’s a fun family event.”
