Chalfont St Peter held one of its largest Remembrance Sunday parades yesterday as hundreds of local people came to take part in the parade along the High Street.

The parade was given a youthful push as the young musicians of the Chesham All Girls Band and the cadet forces guided the veterans to St Peter's Church. The local Beavers group were also part of the parade.

After reaching St Peter's Church at the top of the High Street, the crowd were addressed by Maurice Carkett from the Royal British Legion, followed by a service lead by Reverend Ben Topham.
